Frequently asked questions
What file formats do you accept?‹
PNG (300 DPI+), PDF, AI (with fonts embedded), SVG, EPS. Include 1mm bleed for edge-to-edge printing.
Do you send a proof before printing?‹
Yes — a digital proof showing colours, dimensions, and cut line. Nothing prints until you approve. Turnaround: 2–4 business hours.
Can you create a die-cut line from my design?‹
Yes. If your file doesn't include a cut path, we create one from the outline at no extra charge. Complex shapes may require approval.
What if my file is not print-ready?‹
We review every file. If resolution, colour mode, or dimensions need adjustment, we contact you first. No charge for minor corrections.
How fast after I approve the proof?‹
Orders approved before 2 PM EST are printed, cut, and dispatched within 1-2 business days. Most Ontario addresses: next business day.
Can I reorder the same design?‹
Yes. We keep your file on record. Email orders@stickercanada.ca with your order number and new quantity.
