- PDF, AI, EPS, PNG, and JPG files are accepted for review. Vector artwork is best for clean cut lines, and raster artwork should be supplied at final size with suitable resolution.
- How long can printed stickers last outdoors?
- Selected materials can carry manufacturer-rated 3–5-year outdoor durability where the material supports it. Actual performance depends on the surface, exposure, cleaning, and application.
- Can I order a small batch?
- Yes. Choose the available size and quantity that fits your job. The live product options show the current packs and prices.
- How do I choose the size?
- Measure the full finished bounding box, including any clear space around the artwork. Enter the width and height you need for the surface.
- When does production begin?
- We review the intake, prepare a digital proof, and begin production after you approve the proof.

PNG (300 DPI+), PDF, AI (with fonts embedded), SVG, EPS. Include 1mm bleed for edge-to-edge printing.
Do you send a proof before printing?‹
Yes. Custom artwork receives a digital production proof for approval before printing. Proof timing is confirmed after the file is reviewed.
Can you create a die-cut line from my design?‹
Yes. If your file doesn't include a cut path, we create one from the outline at no extra charge. Complex shapes may require approval.
What if my file is not print-ready?‹
We review every file. If resolution, colour mode, or dimensions need adjustment, we contact you first. No charge for minor corrections.
How fast after I approve the proof?‹
Production timing is confirmed after artwork review and proof approval. Shipping timing depends on the destination and service selected at checkout.
