Frequently asked questions
What file formats do you accept?‹
PNG (300 DPI+), PDF, AI (with fonts embedded), SVG, EPS. Include 1mm bleed for edge-to-edge printing.
Do you send a proof before printing?‹
Yes. Custom artwork receives a digital production proof for approval before printing. Proof timing is confirmed after the file is reviewed.
Can you create a die-cut line from my design?‹
Yes. If your file doesn't include a cut path, we create one from the outline at no extra charge. Complex shapes may require approval.
What if my file is not print-ready?‹
We review every file. If resolution, colour mode, or dimensions need adjustment, we contact you first. No charge for minor corrections.
How fast after I approve the proof?‹
Production timing is confirmed after artwork review and proof approval. Shipping timing depends on the destination and service selected at checkout.
Can I reorder the same design?‹
Yes. We keep your file on record. Email orders@stickercanada.ca with your order number and new quantity.
