Absolutely. We accept PNG, PDF, AI, SVG, and most standard image formats. Upload your file through our custom order page, and we will send you a digital proof showing the cut line and colour output before anything goes to press. Nothing prints until you approve.

There is no site-wide minimum. Each product keeps its own live option pricing: starter custom sticker packs, fixed-price Make Anything products, sticker sheets, hard-hat packs, and the 9-piece sample pack all have their own ladders.

Every custom order receives a digital proof before production. The proof shows your design with the cut line, colours, and final dimensions. We do not print until you approve. You approve the proof before anything is printed.

Vinyl options are weather-resistant and intended for outdoor use where listed. Actual service life depends on the selected material, surface preparation, application, exposure, and care. These are not paper stickers.

Outdoor-rated vinyl is offered where the product listing identifies the material as outdoor-rated. How long it lasts depends on the material, a clean smooth surface, how it is applied, and what it is exposed to.

Available materials vary by product and may include matte, gloss and holographic options. Choose only a material explicitly listed for the intended surface and environment, then follow its preparation, application, cleaning, and care conditions.

Yes — coast to coast via Canada Post tracked service. Orders ship from our shop in Ontario, so there are no cross-border fees or overseas wait times. Delivery options and transit times are confirmed at checkout.

Contact us at info@stickercanada.ca with a photo of the issue within 7 days of delivery. If the defect is on our end — wrong colours, cut misalignment, damaged material — we reprint and reship at no cost. All sales are final on custom products, but we stand behind our print quality.

Yes. Die-cut means we cut around the contour of your design — no square background, no white border. Just your artwork in its exact shape. We can cut any shape as long as thin details are at least 0.5mm wide.
