What's in the kit
- 1× Application Transfer Tape — clear, medium-tack, pre-sized to cover decals up to 12″ × 12″
- 1× Application Squeegee — felt-edged plastic card, the same tool professional installers use
Why you need this
- Transfer tape picks the entire decal up as one piece, so multi-line text and detailed designs land perfectly aligned
- Squeegee pushes out air bubbles and presses the adhesive into the surface for a clean, lasting bond
- Without these, 6″+ decals can wrinkle, stretch, or land with letters out of position
- Reusable squeegee — keep it for future installs
When to add this to your order
- Always recommended for 8″ and 12″ decals
- Strongly suggested for 6″ decals with multi-line text or detailed graphics
- Optional for 4″ decals — most people can apply these by hand
How to use it
- Clean the application surface with rubbing alcohol or glass cleaner. Let it dry fully.
- Peel the decal backing partway, line up your placement, and lay the decal down.
- Apply the transfer tape over the top, smoothing with the squeegee from centre outward.
- Press firmly along all edges to seat the adhesive.
- Slowly peel the transfer tape back at a sharp 180° angle. The decal stays on the surface.
- Smooth one final pass with the squeegee. Done.

One kit = one install. The transfer tape is single-use; the squeegee is reusable for future installs.
What size of decal does the tape cover?
Up to 12″ × 12″. Fits any of our 4″, 6″, 8″, or 12″ decals.
Can I apply a decal without this kit?
Yes, for smaller 4″ and 6″ decals with simple shapes. For 8″+ or anything with multiple lines of text, the transfer tape is the difference between a clean install and a wrinkled one.
Buying multiple decals?
Add one kit per decal you want to install separately. The squeegee is reusable but you'll want a fresh piece of transfer tape per install.
