Artwork that works

Use the highest-quality original file available. PNG, JPG, SVG and WebP are used by the on-page image-preview route. Image dimensions and finished print size determine how much detail can be reproduced; changing a DPI label does not add detail.

PDF, AI, EPS, low-resolution images or artwork needing changes should use the artwork-help route for review before production. Only upload artwork you have permission to print.

What is the minimum order for custom stickers?‹

The smallest checkout pack is a 5-pack. Every listed pack and size in the checkout has an exact live price and can be purchased without waiting for a quote. Only unlisted dimensions or quantities need reviewed pricing.

Are your custom stickers suitable for outdoor use?‹

Matte and gloss vinyl options are outdoor-rated where the listing says so. Service life depends on the surface, preparation, exposure and application. Hand washing is recommended for drinkware.

How fast do custom stickers ship?‹

Are these individual stickers, sheets or rolls?‹

This checkout is for individual custom stickers. Choose sticker sheets for several designs on one sheet, or roll labels for labels supplied on a roll.

How do I apply a vinyl sticker or decal?‹

Clean and dry the surface first, position the piece before pressing, then smooth from the centre outward to reduce trapped air. Follow any instructions included with the order.

How do I reorder the same design?‹

Use the same product and pack, upload the approved artwork again, and add the previous order number in the design notes. Confirm the refreshed preview so the configuration cannot silently drift.

What if my order arrives wrong or damaged?‹

Email info@stickercanada.ca with the order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. We review the production record and the issue before offering the appropriate correction.

What is the difference between die-cut and kiss-cut?‹

Die-cut means each sticker is individually cut to the exact outline of your design. Kiss-cut means the sticker is cut through the vinyl but stays on a backing sheet, like a page of stamps.

Do you offer design help?‹

Yes. Use the separate design-help path when the artwork needs cleanup, vectorization or layout support before it is ready for this checkout.
