How Shipping Works
We print every order in our Ontario shop. There is no warehouse, no third-party fulfilment centre, and no overseas production. When you place an order, it goes directly to the press.
Confirmed timing: Production timing is confirmed after usable artwork and material availability. Once shipped, delivery follows the Canada Post service selected at checkout; US orders ship through the selected US service.
What ships: Your finished product, printed and finished as the product page describes it. Contour-cut decals (lettering and text decals) arrive with the transfer tape and installation supplies already applied, as stated on those product pages. For other products, application supplies — application tape, a felt-edge applicator and an installation guide — are the separately sold install kit, in Essential, Complete or Contractor sizes, available from every product page.
Carrier: Canadian orders ship via Canada Post. US orders ship through the selected US service at checkout. Every shipment is tracked.

Returns & Reprints
Custom Products — All Sales Final
Because every sticker is custom printed to your design and specifications, we cannot accept returns on completed orders. You confirm your layout before checkout, and we check your file before it prints.
Print Defects — We Fix It Free
If your stickers arrive with a print defect — wrong colours, damaged material, misaligned cut, or any quality issue that is our fault — we will reprint and reship your order at no cost. Contact us at info@stickercanada.ca with a photo of the issue within 7 days of delivery.
Shipping Damage
If your package arrives damaged in transit, email us at info@stickercanada.ca with photos. We will file a claim with Canada Post and reprint your order.
What Ships
Your Product, Finished
Printed, die-cut to your design and finished on the material you chose at checkout. Material finish is stated on the product page.
Contour-Cut Decals
Lettering and text decals arrive pre-spaced on transfer tape, ready to position, press and peel as the product page explains.
Application Supplies
Sold with your decal or sold separately for other products — application tape, a felt-edge applicator and an installation guide in Essential, Complete or Contractor size.

When will my order ship?‹
Production timing is confirmed after usable artwork and material availability. Once your order ships, you receive your tracking number by email.
Do you provide tracking numbers?‹
Yes. Canadian orders ship with Canada Post tracking; US orders are tracked through the selected US service. You receive your tracking number by email once your order is dispatched from our Ontario shop.
Can I return custom-printed stickers?‹
Because every sticker is custom printed to your specifications, all sales are final. However, if there is a print defect — wrong colour, damaged material, cut error — we will reprint and reship at no cost.
What if my stickers arrive damaged?‹
Contact us at info@stickercanada.ca with a photo of the damage within 7 days of delivery. We will reprint and reship your order at no charge.
Do you ship to the United States or internationally?‹
We accept orders for Canada and the United States. Enter your delivery address at checkout to see the shipping services and rates available for your order. US orders cross the border; customs processing may affect delivery. Any applicable duties or import charges are not included unless explicitly shown at checkout. Other international destinations are not currently offered.
Does my order come with installation supplies?‹
It depends on the product. Contour-cut decals — lettering and text decals — arrive with the transfer tape and installation supplies already applied, described on that product page. For all other products, cut-vinyl application supplies (application tape, a felt-edge applicator and an installation guide, in Essential, Complete or Contractor kits) are sold separately — see the decal install kit page, linked from each product page. Every order ships with its printed application instructions where the product page lists them.
