Frequently asked questions
What sizes and quantities are available?‹
You can order 2 inch, 2.5 inch, 3 inch or 4 inch round labels. Each diameter comes in packs of 100, 250 or 500, and the page shows the exact current CAD price for the combination you pick.
What is the difference between gloss and matte?‹
Gloss has a shiny finish. Matte has a flat, non-reflective finish. It is a look choice, and both are offered at every listed diameter and count.
What artwork file types do you accept?‹
PNG, JPG, WebP, SVG, PDF, AI and EPS, up to 20 MB. Your file is attached to the order and stays with it while you change the diameter, finish or label count.
Why can I not see a preview for some files?‹
A browser cannot draw a PDF, AI or EPS on screen. Those files are still accepted, still attached to your order, and go to the print team exactly as you sent them, so you can order without a preview. Upload a PNG or JPG of the same design if you would like to see the circle layout first.
What does the circle preview show?‹
It shows your artwork inside the finished circle at the diameter you chose, with a dashed ring marking the safe edge. Choose whether to fit the whole design inside it or fill the circle.
When is production timing confirmed?‹
Production timing is confirmed after your artwork is reviewed. The diameter, finish, label count and your file are carried into the order for production.
