How Shipping Works
We print every order in our Port Colborne, Ontario shop. There is no warehouse, no third-party fulfilment centre, and no overseas production. When you place an order, it goes directly to the press.
Same-day production: Orders placed before 2 PM EST on business days (Monday through Friday) are printed, laminated, cut, and packaged the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM or on weekends ship the next business day.
What ships with every order: Your stickers, transfer tape, a squeegee, and printed application instructions. We include these at no extra charge because proper application matters as much as print quality.
Carrier: All orders ship via Canada Post with tracked service. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order leaves our shop.

Custom Products — All Sales Final
Because every sticker is custom printed to your design and specifications, we cannot accept returns on completed orders. We print what you approve — and nothing goes to press until you confirm your digital proof.
Print Defects — We Fix It Free
If your stickers arrive with a print defect — wrong colours, damaged material, misaligned cut, or any quality issue that is our fault — we will reprint and reship your order at no cost. Contact us at orders@stickercanada.ca with a photo of the issue within 7 days of delivery.
Shipping Damage
If your package arrives damaged in transit, email us at orders@stickercanada.ca with photos. We will file a claim with Canada Post and reprint your order.

Do you provide tracking numbers?‹
Yes. Every order ships with Canada Post tracking. You will receive your tracking number by email once your order is dispatched from our Port Colborne shop.
Can I return custom-printed stickers?‹
Because every sticker is custom printed to your specifications, all sales are final. However, if there is a print defect — wrong colour, damaged material, cut error — we will reprint and reship at no cost.
What if my stickers arrive damaged?‹

Do you ship to the United States or internationally?‹
Currently we ship within Canada only. We are a Canadian print shop focused on serving Canadian customers with fast, domestic shipping — no customs delays, no duties.
